Support can be so easy! We use a so-called ticket system so that we can best support you in your daily work with our product. Each support process is deposited with us as a unique ticket. This will enable us to forward support queries by type and priority to the appropriate experts.

Fast and Accurate

Find existing support questions quickly and accurately, we offer a customer portal in which your inquiries (tickets) are archived for you. Tickets and questions from other customers are stored anonymously in a FAQ database also in the customer portal. This creates a knowledge database in which you will find frequently asked questions and solutions. If you have not yet received access to our customer portal, please send us a short email to support@tamibo.com. Our customer service will provide you with access and you will receive the access data by email within a few minutes.
